The Man behind our success story. His assets of broad visions, creativity, design philosophy, natural curiosity and capacity to look beyond the visible have helped the organisation to reach the place where it is at today.
OUR FOUNDER
Kshitiz Kapoor graduated from Chandigarh College of Architecture, Punjab University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
He landed his first job at Bhardwaj Associates and expanded his knowledge of architecture with stints in different firms including 3CS, Jyoti Rath Associates, SRF, Unitech Ltd, BPTP and so on. His last job stint was as Chief Architect at Bird Group after which he decided to venture out on his own.
Born with an entrepreneurial personality, he established Habitat Design Architects in July 2011, which serves to extend his creativity, design philosophy and language. With his progressive vision of architecture and in-depth insight into the market, he has taken the firm to new heights. His broad vision, natural curiosity and capacity to look beyond the visible are his assets which help in focusing on the needs of the clients.
Outside the office, Kshitiz is an avid painter and gives vision to his thoughts through sketches. He is also a travel enthusiast and inspired by the designs of nature across the world.

METHODOLOGY
For us, little things matter since design is nothing without the details and finesse.
Our process driven design leads to in-depth exploration and thought, resulting in a unique approach to each project rather than a particular formula or style.
We draw inspiration from the traditional concepts and local cultures to the contemporary international design concepts. We then translate the mix through our architectural processes and create appropriate solutions.
Our creations are stylistically inclusive and diverse; they harbour a strong sense of place and timelessness that engage the senses while delivering a spatial product in response to a client’s vision and business objectives.

WE CREATE
After designing the project to utmost satisfaction of clients, we regularly monitor the project sites to make sure that the work is going as per drawings. Our job includes coordination with the construction team, consultants and vendors from time to time on various aspects to maintain quality of work and also to minimize the cost of construction.
